The Western Front Today - Spanbroekmolen Cemetery

Spanbroekmolen British Cemetery, a small cemetery 58 burials, is sited nearby the famed Spanbroekmolen mine crater - the Pool of Peace.

Buried within the cemetery are 57 men of the 36th (Ulster) Division who were killed by the explosion of 19 mines which signalled the onset of the Battle of Messines.
