Wieltje Farm cemetery, situated in the Ypres Salient and approximately 1 km left of White House cemetery, is reached by a short footpath and stands opposite what was formerly Prowse Farm (named after Brigadier-General C.B. Prowse).

The cemetery was established in July 1917 and used until October the same year, and was used by 2nd/4th Gloucesters.  The cemetery contains 115 graves.
